Shipping
By default most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our Ohio warehouse within 2 business days of receiving payment. UPS or USPS may be used for some shipments. Minimum shipping charge is $9.00 regardless of the order amount. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.

Backorder - Items we are unable to ship on your order will not be back ordered.
Return Policy - Please notify our office within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise. Authorization must be requested for return or replacement. Put item(s) back in the original packing carton and return it to: SAGE BASKETS - 829 Cinnabar Drive, Castle Rock, CO 80108-3114 Attn: Linda (Credits are issued for the amount of merchandise only.). Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You must notify the designated carrier for damaged merchandise. A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returns and in-store credit will be issued, unless the error is on the part of SAGE BASKETS.
